01Invite-only membership
Access is granted through a single-use invite code issued by Seyuza. Codes are personal, expire, and may not be shared or resold.
02Your content
You retain every right in the catalogue, works, contracts and material you record in your workspace. We process it solely to operate the services you have asked for.
03Acceptable use
No attempt to access another member's records, probe security controls, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Accounts doing so are suspended immediately.
04Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
05Confidentiality
Everything you share with us about your business, estate or public profile is treated as confidential and is never disclosed to third parties without written instruction.
06Termination
Either side may end the membership with 30 days' notice. On termination you may export all records before your workspace is closed.
